Ouch! And a good plan for a change

That's it, I'm done obeying pops!!

Ouch! Owee! Got my butt kicked by that blond kid me and Brother rescued the other day. What a meanie!

Did I mention he survived the encounter with Sin ? And on an incredible coincidence, he met my cousin Yuna and joined her party as one of her guardians. Bad luck for me, cause my crazy pops made me try to kidnap Yuna when she crossed the Moonflow. He and another burly guy dove after me and our mini sub and freed Yuna like the sub was a mere goldfish. I'm full of bumps and cuts from being jogged around the sub's pilot cabin. Good thing that pilot's seat is so padded otherwise it would have left purple marks in my gorgeous golden skin.

( Yeah, I got a tan while waiting for Yuna to show up )

So that's it, I'm done with obeying pop's harebrained schemes. I will just introduce myself to cousin Yuna and hope she lets me take her to safety, once she gets to know me a bit better. Nothing like a good plan for a change, don't you think dear journal ?

Muck and more muck!

We were going to Luca to see the many hunky Blitz players and have fun at the party in the city for the championship, but stinky Dad said me and Brother have to go dive in the Moonflow (Yuck! That lake is soo mucky!) to practice for his "contingency plan".

I tell you, there isn't a court in Spira that would condemn me for murdering my annoying Dad! The Hypello on that lake are bald for a reason!!! That water is murder for my nice golden locks !!!!



Dad is getting all mysterious and didn't tell us much but Brother's buddy Eigar from our Al Bhed Psyches spilled the beans: They will kidnap Yuna during the tournament and make the Aurochs think it is just due to the game. Dad hopes this will give him time to take my long lost cousin Yuna to Bikanel without any chase.

Fat chance! It's not like those goody-goody guys from the Besaid Aurochs will ever qualify for the final... Unless Dad fixed this too... You think ?
Dad sure has been full of surprises lately... I wonder what on earth he saw on our last dive to make him so overconfident! I didn't see any weapons there, it looked like a sunken ship... Yet dad acted like we found the machina used by Zanarkand warriors themselves!

Anyway, I gotta go dive in that mucky lake and hope my hair doesn't get all frizzy!

A cousin ?!?

OMG! Dad told me and Brother that we have a cousin, a girl like me!!! All my life I have had to be one of the boys and I could have had a friend to play tea party with me ? That is sooo NOT FAIR!

Her name is Yuna, she is the daughter of my aunt whom I never met, Dad's sister Rahlah. I knew she had ran away to marry a Spiran and had had a kid but I thought the kid died when she died, when her ship was attacked and destroyed by Sin! Dad never told me the child survived, he never told me I had any other family but my good for nothing Brother!

And you know what is worse ? I might not even get to meet her !!! She is about to start on a Summoner's pilgrimage, so she will be killed by Sin or by the many dangers Summoners have in their route to Zanarkand! I just have to meet her! All my life I dreamed about having girls to play with me and had my own flesh and blood cousin Yuna growing up alone in Spira! Gosh, I am so mad at Dad!!! He should have told us this before!

But it is not too late. Dad says we will not let Yuna die just so Spirans can spend some months partying without Sin. As a matter of fact, he said he will not let ANYONE die this foolish Yevon mandated death! He is going against the entire Bevelle Church to kidnap all Summoners on pilgrimage, keeping them safe at Home. Makes you proud to have a daddy like this, right ? After he told us his plan I could - almost - forgive him for hiding Yunie form us for so long.

Yunie... I already have a BFF name for her. I'm sure we will be best friends, as soon as we meet. And we will do each others hairs, talk about cute boys and giggle all night on sleepovers.. Sigh... At least I can dream, right ?

So next stop is Luca, where Yunie's friends are playing Blitzball and we can have our Al Bhed team and ship crew save her from those Yevon ninnies!

Attacked by Sin

Sorry for not writing much... Our boat was attacked by Sin!

Yes, remember the cute guy we fished from Baaj Ruins ? Right after that! The poor guy! I had gone up to give the lad - Tidus was his name - some food and he was telling me a very weird tale about he being from Zanarkand... He obviously had been attacked by Sin before, the toxin did a number on his mind. He had completely forgot about Spira Yevon, everything!

No sooner than he tells me his crazy tales and I start to tell him about Yevon Sin shows up again and attacks our boat! The funny thing was that as soon as Tidus, the new guy, fell on the water, Sin left.

Lucky for us! Even just a 5 minutes attack busted our engines and we had to wait for dad to tow us to Bikanel so we could repair Brother's ship... But that will have to wait now. Dad wants us to meet him in our Home to tell us something important about our family. I wonder what it is...

Here is a picture of me at our boat, before Sin broke the engine. Sorry, the sphere is a bit weird, I think Sin's toxin might have altered it a bit..

Yevon's week 3, springtime - Diving around Baaj Temple

Well after we found the guy we couldn't just leave him there, although Brother wanted to. Selfish git! Anyhow, it became my task to knock the lad down to make sure he wouldn't be a problem... And in the next day I had to translate Al Bhed to him, to tell him that Brother wanted him to help on our dive. I tell you, I don't know what Brother would do without me! I mean.. he could at least TRY to learn Spiran...

But he won't, he says the Spira girls aren't pretty so why bother ? Sigh... Girls is all Brother, Buddy, Gippal and the other lads think about nowadays...

Me and Tidus - the guy - dove together because that sissy brother of mine wouldn't risk going into an abandoned machina with a stranger in tow... But the stinker was more than eager to risk my hide...

Turns out Tidus was really helpful and we even got to revive the old sunken ship's power source. Dad was all excited when Brother and I told him the details! He thinks that maybe we can get that ship to work again. That would be cool, the thing is huge!!!

Anyhow, I gotta go now, cause no one bothered to feed the guy - Tidus - so the poor lad must be starving. He is kinda cute so I don't mind doing waitress duty. This time!

Yevon's week 3, springtime - Diving around Baaj Temple

My no good brother took us diving near those gloomy ruins again! He says he can feel that there is treasure to be found there. As if! We have been diving there for 2 weeks and not a trace of anything salvageable just some large fiends. One of the fiends almost killed Eigar!. It was the largest Georapella I have ever seen!

Of machina treasure there was no sign, but we did find a treasure: A cute guy was battling a large fiend in the ruins of Baaj Temple. I'm serious! We found him right in the middle of nowhere without a boat and he says the strangest things! The poor guy must have gotten too close to Sin's toxin. Tomorrow we will go deep diving, so I gotta go to bed now.
